Our Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina tour has been developed and curated by a passionate resident of the Charlotte area who loves sharing stories of history and of the supernatural. She has conducted paranormal investigations all over the United States, including a couple of the locations on our tour. She has and continues to have interviews with current employees and residents to validate any ghost sightings and experiences of the unexplained.Â

Yes, it is. Bring comfy clothes, shoes and an umbrella if necessary.

Where should we park?
The Dunhill Parking Deck and Truist Center Garage, are both nearby options. There are also other designated parking options nearby our meeting location.
How long is the tour?
About 90 minutes. An extended tour add on is also available which is an additional 30 minutes and a few more locations.
What's your cancellation policy?
You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule up to 3 hours prior to the start of your tour. To do so, please call us at 980-888-8399.
What if I'm running late?
We may have up to 20 guests per tour, so to respect everyone's time, we leave promptly at 8pm.
What if it rains?
We continue in rain or shine. If you don't feel 100% comfortable continuing the tour, we'll honor a full refund. We also reserve the right to cancel if weather becomes too severe and a refund will be issued.

Do I need to print out my tickets?
No. We only need the ID of the person who purchased the tickets.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Yes it is. We stay on paved areas and sidewalks.

What is the latest I can reserve tickets for today's show?
Online, we close taking new reservations 2 hours before the start of our tour. If there is less than 2 hours before the tour begins, call us at 980-888-8399 to see if we still have room for your party.Â
